When managing properties, Lindsay has successfully increased occupancy by 20% on average and maintaining an occupancy rate of 99%. 

Having been responsible for the marketing of the real estate properties she managed, Lindsay discovered a passion for marketing and transitioned to the digital marketing industry, where she later founded L2L Creative Group, Inc.

With her vast experience in leasing and marketing, Lindsay, over time, has supported real estate brokers and salespeople in the digital marketing of their listings.

A former resident of the Braintree Highlands, Lindsay has deep roots in the Braintree business community. Her digital marketing agency, L2L Creative Group, Inc., has successfully contracted ongoing marketing initiatives for Braintree businesses, including SouthSide Tavern and the Casual Cup Cafe. She has also worked behind the scenes for the Town of Braintree's events, including Braintree Christmas and 4th of July Celebration; Take A Bite out of Braintree's first-ever restaurant month; Pizzapalooza; and Halloween Gamefest.
